1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Gita Prana application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer

The content provided within Gita Prana, including verses from the Bhagavad Gita and related interpretations, is for spiritual education and self-improvement purposes only. It is not intended to replace professional mental health, psychological, or medical advice.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Gita Prana offers a single premium subscription, Enlightened, available as an auto-renewing monthly or annual plan. Both plans unlock the same features; only the billing period differs. The guardian, its interventions and the daily verse remain free.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings.

4. Permissions and App Functionality

To function as a digital guardian, the App requires certain system permissions on Android (e.g., Accessibility Services, Display Over Other Apps, Usage Access). We use these permissions strictly to monitor app usage time and trigger the lock screen overlay as configured by you. We do not collect, transmit, or store the content of your other applications.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. The App and its assets, including the specific metallic designs, logo, and gamification mechanics, are the intellectual property of Gita Prana.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gita Prana is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including any missed notifications or disruptions caused by the app-blocking feature.
